Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management solution, which will give you total command over your email mailbox accounts and email campaigns. With this easy-to-work-with GUI, you can create a brand new mailbox account in no time and manage its settings easily. What's more, you can redirect e-mail messages from one email account to another, set up mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and defend your mail accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your email boxes against junk e-mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwanted electronic mail messages will find their way into your email box. Your mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a certain electronic mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming e-mails according to certain rules specified by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can quickly create an email filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and select the e-mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming messages from one email mailbox to another, or even to several other e-mail accounts. Just select the email account you would like to redirect emails from, then choose the destination e-mail box and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily configure the electronic mail client of your liking to access your e-mail accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you would like to set up on your PC or cellular phone and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new mailbox account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple email mailbox accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also enable you to easily create an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to read and our system will take care of everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
